::The Hotel is in the perfect location with the centre of Town and the quay side bars and restaurants just a short stroll away. The Skyline gondola is even closer!!! The room we found clean, functional and very comfortable and met all our requirements. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable with regard to local amenities. Breakfast was absolutely first class (especially the omelett) and served in a pleasent manner. My Wife and I would recommend this hotel any time. Great location and excellent value for money.

::A great central yet quiet location, just a couple of minutes away from the lakeside wharf. The hotel is spotless and the is decor stylish and tasteful. The guest lounge is especially relaxing after a busy day out sightseeing. Peter-Ray and his team make you feel very welcome and they deliver a first class personal service.

::One of the loveliest places I’ve stayed at. Really homey feeling with great decor and sea view from balcony. The staff went over and above with helping us feel welcomed in both the hotel and Queenstown.

::We were there four nights. Every one of the managers, hosts and others were very friendly and accessible for answering my questions to guidance of where to eat. Beautiful and we'll kept. Clean, and I especially liked the smell which was perhaps herbal and like home baking. Easy walk to downtown Queenstown.

::Perfect location to walk right into the downtown. Comfortable rooms with views over the lake, town and mountains. Good breakfast menu and coffee. Very clean and well maintained. I would stay here again.
