  Great experience, best boot fitting service my partner and I have ever received! Highly knowledgeable, friendly staff. Had snowboard insoles, and inner boots molded solving many years of foot pain problems. I don't know why there are other negative reviews, I Couldn't recommend these guys enough!

  Wouldn't recommend. We hired here at their store in the Kawarau Village and were disappointed when we went to return our gear to find the store is only open till 10:30am. We came back in the afternoon when they next opened to return the items to be charged another days rental price because "the system" wouldn't let them change it. They told us we could've called the other store but unfortunately we were never told on pickup that there was another store neither were we told a specific time to drop off just "the next day". Not to mention the gear obviously wasn't cleaned or waterproofed as there was old ski cards in the jacket pockets and water seeping through to the inside of your jacket. Save your money, go somewhere else...
