::Got a car relocation from budget, destination from Wellington to Auckland. 5 star service given from a staff from budget(sadly couldn't recall what is his name), he explained every law and regulations and even upgraded to a bigger car to us. Never have such a good service from a car rental company staff. Thank you for making my day

::Wasn’t very cheap but I was very happy with the car and the service provided at both ends of my trip. If/when I’m back in New Zealand I would definitely be happy to go with Budget again

::Pickup took 25mins, the assistant kept trying to upsell us on literally everything even though we already had extras. The car had heaps of minor damage which we had to mark ourselves then head back to the counter and wait in line to give to the attendant. GPS was not charged nor updated and died on the way to our accommodation! I could go on... hopefully drop off is better.
