  Yet again the service at Bunnings Kerikeri amazes me or should I say the lack of it. Being ignored by at least 3 employees who were more interested in packing up for the night (with an hour to go) was frustrating to say the least. When you do get assistance prepare yourself to be spoken to rudely that is if you are lucky enough to get acknowledged. Customers seem to interrupt there day. When will Bunnings Kerikeri realise customers are what keep your company going. Honestly can't wait for Mitre 10 to start up in Waipapa. NB This in not a one off occurance want to be ignored shop here. Had to put in one star really didnt want to.

  I have completely revised my opinion of Bunnings Kerikeri thanks to the tireless efforts of the great manager, Darren, to get our furniture to us after many frustrating weeks of waiting and phone calls to the Mt Wellington branch, where it was purchased. It's people like Darren who will pull Bunnings public profile back up, owing to great customer service and a more personal public face to a somewhat impersonal international company. Thanks again, Darren.

  Terrible service. Couldn't find anyone interested in helping me. Unhappy sad looking staff apart from ladies at the till! Won't be back again.

  Couldn't be any less helpful if they tried. The ladies on the till are great but the staff on the floor are elusive and unhelpful if you do manage to locate somebody. Poor service, would only use if absolutely desperate.
