  Prices are much cheaper than Mitre 10 and Bunnings have a larger range and more stock on hand. Plant selection and landscaping products are far superior to Mitre10. Cafe has great coffee and is well priced. Overall a much better shopping experience then our Kiwi mates at Mitre10 Mega

  Service was complete rubbish today. Wanted to buy around $1500 worth of floor carpet tiles and other parts for a toilet fit out. Got told that's not my department go talk to someone down at the paint counter by the guy right next to the tiles. Guy at paint counter was less than disinterested and said there will be a young guy down by the tiles ask him. Long story short after half an hour and talking to 3 people and then struggling to lift the tiles myself and then them not fitting on the trolley as the carpet tiles where to big for it I gave up and walked out leaving the staff to pick up the mess. So they would have had to do more work to put all back than help me buy it and actually provide some customer service. Went to Mitre 10 and got great service. Will shop there in future with staff that actually care about customers.

  While Bunnings is a good place to go if places like Mitre 10 MEGA doesn't have what you need, you usually have to ask around for help, and in the past, when we've needed things, they take down your phone number for when the item will next be in stock - but they never get back to us in the end. They have plenty of staff, but never enough staff that actually want to help you find what you need. Help is 'extra'. We only go to Bunnings at The Mount now if other places don't have what we need. They DO have a huge range of items, I give them credit for that - so by all means, go there if you need to get something - just don't expect any staff to come and help you if you're struggling to find something.

  모종 사러 갔다가 여러가지 물품을 많다는 것을 알고 물었더니 유일하게 건축 자재를 원하는대로 잘라서 구입할 수 있다는 것을 알게 되었네요..큰 생활용품 구입할 때 편리하네요..
