  They have most of the items you need, and are reasonably priced. However, staff are not helpful and not knowledgable of the items they are selling. Secondly, they are understaffed, pay counters are not manned by enough staff, customer service will take so much of your time till they get what you need. I live nearby this branch and shopped here several times. So far my observations have been consistent.

  I always go here. 1. Because it’s close to town and where I live. 2. There is always staff to help me. But I’m only giving 4 stars due to them never having enough people at the counters. Off the top of my head there is like 6 counters. Only 1 is ever open plus the info counter. I waited 20-30mins to be served once. I’d hate to think how long the tradies at the end on the line waited! This really needs to be improved ASAP.

  I prefer this Place over Mega Mitre 10. The staff at Mega Mitre 10 just stare at you. Like they can't be bothered helping. In Te Rapa .

  Great service. I bought a couple of items that needed to be returned even though i misplaced the receipt-The staff was kind enough to search for it on their system. So polite and professional. I am definitely going back. The good deals and prices are just the hook-the staff is what most definitely will Keep my loyalty
