  Buses are mostly fine but almost always 2 min late, most of the time the drivers are very polite but I have gotten the occasional rude grouchy driver who can't be bothered to even say hello.

  Shittiest service. Topped my card up 20 mins before my ride stated that to the driver and he took my card off me asked me to find proof which I did he thought the money would be straight on my card so he scanned it again I then said it takes about an hour for the money to show on my account then he told me sit down again still not given my card back then contacted ops to find out if I was being serious he got an answer back and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY CARD BACK!!! I’ve never had this problem as clearly the other drivers understand it takes an hour or 2 for the money to process

  The new update of the website does not show the nextbus timetable. Very stupid, annoying and inconvenient. Other than that the busses are fine. Just please fix the website.

  Fantastic way of getting around Christchurch. Drivers are very friendly. Special bouquet for Julie driver on 7.44 bus from Rangiora today. She was very helpful to me and I noted how courteous she was toward other passengers especially one with a disability. Much cheaper and more convenient than using a car.
