  Staff were very good. However room was in need of repairs. It had a very uneven floor and bathroom paint was in poor condition.

  A convenient locati9n for my needs but the rooms are getting a bit dated. The bathrooms especially. The staff make up for it with there warm welcomes and friendly assistance.

  New refurbished some of motel rooms and created a new category called Corporate, which are great. And the rooms are almost hotel standard. Also progressively installing air con/heat pumps in rooms as finance permits

  Very convenient to Auckland airport which is the primary (only?) attraction. Surprising how much a 3 star motel costs close to the airport - over NZD$200 for our studio room. The room was somewhat tired but clean with comfortable beds. On-site parking was available. It was a hot humid Auckland night in our upstairs room and air con would have been very welcome but a fan was supplied and helped. My brief interaction with management was pleasant.

  Love this place so much. Very affordable and clean and the office staffs are awesome and always welcoming and very friendly. Thank you guys!!
