I've been in the swimming for almost a decade. 2.5 years I've been part on nans pool and 3.5 years I've joined on swim school. And then I've hang.around the pool for two days for almost each week. The service was very friendly to me and the price is affordable using my membership card to entry to the pool area.

Gutted ! My wife and I took our 6month old for a swim today , Kids pool was booked out for a party, leaving nowhere else to take her. Beats me why a public facility can be booked out for private parties , leaving other members of the public unable to use the facilities. No way to know when one of these pools is booked out save for ringing on the day. Similar problem at Onehunga in the past , where kids pool booked out for private lessons Surely a section can be roped off and made available to the rest of the public who as rate and tax payers are already paying for the facilities !

I pay everyday to use the walking lane in the pool. Almost every day I wonder why I bother : 1. On many evenings, one lane has to be shared for walking as well as for kids playing in it. How you expect anyone to actually gain from the experience of grumpy adults trying to walk with kids diving, bombing, floating and playing around and under them I do not know. The adults don't get their exercise, the kids don't have their fun because they are constantly told off by the adults. 2. On the rare occasions when there are two lanes, one for walking and another for play, there is no devider separating them so as one can imagine, the kids have nothing to stop them from coming in the way of the walking adults. 3. The rule boards are a joke. Kids dive, bomb, push, shoulder ride while the staff look the other way. Most of the staff seem almost scared of asking people to follow the rules and pool etiquette. 4. Complaints seem to fall on deaf ears. I have given feedback directly to staff, through a feedback form I was given to complete as well as the Auckland Council survey. So far everything has proven to be a waste.

Arnold Fawcett. A truly honest physio. No bull. Tells you what he thinks is wrong. If unsure tells you what he will work on first. Great assessment and sound problem solving skills. We r on in severe pain. Walked out easier. Look forward to next session. As a physio myself I would definitely recommend this chap.
