::Very unhelpful, having booed essentially a parking space yesterday, we have had some trouble today and are unable to make it this evening. We explained the situation and asked for a refund only to be told we can’t have one. Really poor service.. knowing the parking space will be re sold and so the company will earn twice! Will be sure to spread the word across the camping community! Merry Christmas to you.

::This was a great place to stay. The view across the harbour was amazing especially at night and the surround area was quaint with a really great cafe right next door. The campground was well maintained, the lounge area was just so cool! Simon was super friendly and made me feel super welcome. I'm going to capitalise the next bit to emphasise that I'm telling the truth... THESE ARE THE CLEANEST BATHROOMS IN ANY CAMPGROUND I HAVE STAYED AT.

::The customer service was probably the worst I've experienced at a campsite. Not friendly and rude. 3 people came at 8:30pm and she was not pleased to have to work at that time. Rented me a campsite that was equipped with full service for a premium price but when i looked around at night and in the morning there were multiple available sites that did not have full service. Basically she bled out a tight budget and was grumpy about it. I try to say good things about everyone but i can't find how to say anything good about this. For a 2 dollar coffee I could have charged my phone and 10 dollars in gas found a better suited place to sleep in a back road and saved 30 bucks. Facilities and site was well maintained though and its on the ocean and near town.
