  the service when you get it is good, but having a centralised phone answer service is useless. It takes ages to get through, when you do you just get a central operator. I just want to organise a service, and now make a quick call to know when it'll be ready so I can plan the rest of my day. All takes much longer than dialling direct

  Called in today as my car (serviced in Auckland a couple of weeks ago before my road trip) was leaking a little bit of oil. David, the Service Manager couldn’t have been more helpful. One of the guys removed the underbody panels to check for leaks, cleaned up a small amount of oil residue, and buttoned the car back up for me all while I waited. Thanks guys, great service for an out-of-towner who can now drive home without worrying the whole way😀

  Service area staff need training in customer interaction. I was told by salesperson to bring car in (as it was repeat faulting) Service staff ignored me when I arrived and then told me to disconnect the battery, to reboot the computer! That is not service.

  Excellent service for WoF while I waited. Coffee, TV & reading material provided in comfortable small lounge setting.
