  I asked for "THE WORKS - EVERYTHING. Spilt coffee on the carpet so it stinks". Was charged $150 for the Carfe Black service so anticipated a sparkling clean, fresh-smelling car in a couple of hours. My mistake. I had a busy week in Auckland scheduled so didn't pay much attention to how quickly my little car was ready or check the quality of service. (My BIG mistake). I did note, however, that it still stunk of stale coffee. My husband checked it over when I arrived home that weekend & said I'd been "had". It had been cleaned to a reasonable standard but that's all. One of the pedals still had a dried muddy footprint on it. I don't have leather seats so they didn't have to do any leather conditioning. Neither did they do the tyre shine or the dashboard revive. And who knows whether they did the "Protect Alpine Coat Polish" etc etc? It was a pretty mediocre job for $150 semi-service and I sure won't be going back there again. But I do recommend the coffee!

  A poor experience. They were disorganized. It took a long time to pay and even get a coffee. Most of the food on the menu wasn't available. The car cleaning service was ok but hardly value for money

  Paid 60$ for a inside out clean plus $10 for mag wheel clean. The whole process takes just over an hour as oppose to the 25-35mins. The car was finished without any shine. Car looked like it was rinsed with water and sprayed and wiped with some liquid. Wheels were given a quick wipe, dash still had dust sitting around.

  Came in today, they were extremely busy and I asked how long it would be and said it would take an hour. They were true to their word. My car came out in 57 minutes and my car was immaculate. I just want to say thanks to the team at Carfe you guys are awesome!

  Car exterior was fine but the interior clean I would describe as patchy at best, with very obvious patches of dashboard, doors and centre console not cleaned (dust don't lie). Also I don't recommend being talked into the additional $10 for wheel trim cleaning - they cleaned from one direction only, leaving hugely noticeable dirt when you look at the hubcaps from the other direction. Lastly, they left the ignition on and flattened my battery. Surprisingly the coffee and cake were good, with pleasant service in the cafe (hence being generous and giving them three stars for what was not a great cleaning experience).
