  Open Mic comedy night. Brilliant experience, great night out, staff were friendly. Seating needs to be addressed as they are not designed for larger people

  Went for lunch today ordered a rare steak sandwich it came out medrum well called the waiter over he took the meal back and returned with the plate and told me the kitchen mixed the plates up then stood there like he expected us to swap meals. I said no I want what I ordered . They came back with another meal that was ok. Wouldn't go back

  The atmosphere and food was wonderful. Good sevice and so much to look at. Well worth a visit.

  My boyfriend and I arrived in Christchurch after 36 hours of traveling, and we wanted to have a nice steak dinner before settling in for the night. The doorman stated that we appeared “drunk”, and I explained we were tired from the long trip. I also explained that we have not been drinking at all. He refused us entry, and he was quite rude. The manager came out, so we could report the issue. She apologized, and we decided to spend our money at a friendlier location. I have been to New Zealand before, and the people are very friendly. Avoid this establishment unless you want to experience the opposite.
