  Had an incredibly sore neck following a nasty sprain- went in to see Sam and he managed to get me immediate relief. So impressed with the results, have never progressed that quickly with a physio ever before. Highly recommend to anyone with neck problems!

  Definitely recommend Abhi at Central City Physio. I injured my back and when I came to the clinic could barely move without significant pain. Abhi put me at ease and clearly explained the options. He used dry needling and the relief was immediate. A few sessions later and things are getting back to normal. Great service.

  I've been seeing Abhi over the last few month to fix a shoulder injury that I picked up playing squash. I have been very impressed with the results of Abhi's dry needling, along with exercise recommendations. My shoulder is now feeling great and I am back playing squash. I've referred two friends to see Abhi to get dry needling, and they too have had great results. Abhi is a true professional and I would recommend him to anyone looking to get fast results that last.

  Ive been seeing Abhi at Central Physio for the past 6-8 weeks and have never felt better especially with the heavy lifting I have been performing for the past year. I am competing in 5 bodybuilding competitions this season and I am so confident in my recovery when Abhi is in my corner. Being a Personal Trainer at Les Mills I see many clients everyday and whenever I cannot fix a rehab problem myself, I always refer my clients to Abhi. Abhi has helped my growth not only physically but opened my eyes to new ideas and perceptions that I would have never thought. He is a practitioner that truly cares about his clients and it shows within every single session.
