  I've been taking Monica's classes in Wadestown for 5 years and find them centering, calming and strengthening. Plus she is a lovely person! The workshops I've attended at the center on Marion st were very informative and worthwhile.

  Wonderful studio with wonderful teachers. The ambience is very welcoming, the teachers kind and very experienced. The range of classes suits all levels

  It is a pleasure to practice (and teach!) Yoga in this serene, light, roomy studio. Despite the location on an intersection, it is surprisingly calm and quiet inside, making it easy to leave your busy day behind and ease yourself into your breathing practice and Yoga sequences.

  I began yoga at the Centre quite tentatively. From the outset, in a quiet respectful way, I was made to feel welcome by Monika and the other teachers. Very quickly I came to know that the Centre is my place and the time I spend there is a treat to savour. Those positive feelings allowed me to learn what yoga is and how much it benefits me mentally and physically. The teachers are inspiring - offering a variety of styles in a manner that upholds the Centre's commitment to the safety and enjoyment of each person in attendance. At the end of every session I'm smiling blissfully, recharged and ready to face whatever the day brings!
