  Sam was good to work with in a difficult situation and handover as he was only the letting agent, not the property manager. The previous tenants had left the property in quite a state and Sam was really professional in his dealings with us. I would recommend Chase for anyone who doesn't want to have the hassle of managing tenants/finding new tenants! Thanks :)

  Sam handled the rental of my property at short notice, he was efficient and helpful and turned around the letting of the property in super quick time. He also gave me lots of advice. I would wholeheartedly recommend Chase to anyone and would definitely use them again as first choice.

  I am grateful to have Chase Property Management's help. I trust Sam Coutts and Stacey Mooney. They are attentive, knowledgeable and have a skill to protect land lord , at same time protect tenants as well. It's an rare quality that they balanced both sides very well. I ended with many happy tenancy and every time when I am in difficulties I seek their professional help.

  If I could give half a star I would have, seen a property that we liked to rent on Tuesday, filled in the aplication forms that same night and by Saturday the agent failed to return my calls, only got hold of her when phoned from another mobile number, said she would phone me back later on Saturday, still waiting for the call!
