  Would avoid at all costs! Absolutely terrible to deal with. Staff are rude, only care about making a profit, are vague and will keep you in the dark with where your cars at. Took 5 months attempting to repair my car only to ripped out of this dealership as it was still broken and to be repaired at Paul Kelly Motor Company within a couple of weeks. Will never stick with their promised timelines as 'something else came up'. They seem to have no idea what they are doing on BMW vehicles, which is rich for a dedicated dealership/workshop and prioritise their new sales vehicles over ones just in for repair. If you're more than happy for your car to sit around broken and a bunch of monkeys scratching their heads over how to repair it then this is the perfect place to take your BMW!

  Great service! Friendly staff! They even look after BMW greys that weren't purchased through them like they are there own. 5 star recommendation. If you are looking to buy a new BMW or MINI, go see the professions at Christchurch BMW + MINI!

  Extremely dissapointing service from such a big well known dealership. Went in to have my car checked and they tell me they did an inpection on the car and confirmed that the part in question has failed and charge me $85 for an inspection fee. I go home later that day and check it myself and it became very clear that no inpection was done as i found the part in question had just fallen slighty out of place. But ofcourse thier professional bmw service staff didnt agree as they wrote “carried out inspection and confirmed part has failed”.Returned to the dealership and they tell me “oh sorry we were pressed on time so we didnt inspect your car” So why do you charge me $85 and give me false information? I would not reccommend visiting this dealership especially the service dep as if you look like you know nothing about your car they will most likely scam you for your money and give you false information.
