  This has become an outlet shop, which is a shame, it used to have a fantastic manager, helpful, interested & knowledgeable.Now the staff are lax & dis interested. The clothing advertised online is generally not available in this store, nor the underwear, & they stock no shoes. For the only inner city store it really is disappointing. Will not be returning after using this store for 4 years.SAD

  I went in this shop today, my first time. The lady working helped me and was so lovely and helpful! Definitely the best service I have ever had in a shop. Made me want to buy the clothes even more! The price may seem a lot, but they are the type of material that will last, so I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you!

  It's a woman's shop. But there's nowhere for men to sit patiently, while their partner's shop. I keep asking the staff about it. But they ignore me. Hence 2*. Poor customer service.

  Style and sizings go up and down in this store. Sometimes you find gorgeous pieces, other times they look like they are made from ur Nana's curtains. I find the sales staff mostly quite helpful and not too pushy. Their sales are quite good.

  It's a shop my wife frequents. But please have a 'Man chair' for us suffering males to sit quietly. I was offered a seat in the changing room, but i'm not going to sit in there. Please have a seat available in the shop.
