::Two floors of equipment, a large studio for group sessions as well as a spin studio. There are extra machines of all the most popular types, so you rarely have to wait for anything. The bottom floor is mostly cardio, with a large number of a variety of machines. The top floor is weights, with many ways to complete the same exercise depending on preference. Good ventilation in the summer too.

::Gym itself in great location. A lot of room to do exercises etc. however equipment is extremely old and most machines are difficult to use due to them being so old. Example - weights machines are very stiff and end up struggling with the stiffness more than focusing on your workout. Also treadmills very loud and rickity. Rowing machines are awful. Get better equipment!! Hate paying so much $ for a gym like this but not a lot of options in Upper Hutt.

::Very popular gym in UH, busy early mornings (5.00am to 8.00am), but plenty of cardio machines. Friendly staff who are in early to allow you to make the most of bringing your guest if you have the Black Membership - unlike Petone. Not a good amount (ie: number) of classes, but instructors are QUALITY.
