  Nice place to burn your anger and negativity after an exhausted day. Staff are friendly and most of the equipments are well maintained. Yes have wheelchair access and mobility toilets also available. After work is the busiest time and anytime before 4pm is the best time during weekdays.

  Horrible air conditioning. Summer makes it feel like a steamer. I would call this a borderline scam. You get ONE introductory course free with your basic YEAR LONG membership. BUT, the trainer asks you heaps of questions but doesn't give you specifics of the workout you'll be doing. For that you need to pay EXTRA for a trainer to be assigned to you. And it has to be RECURRING every week or month. If you're new to working out in a gym it's hard to figure out how the equipments work. And they will be of no assistance. If you're already accustomed to gymming it's kinda ok, otherwise this is a crash grabbing business. 👎

  Great wide area gym. Multiple equipments on premises; does not have to wait for someone to finish their set on a machine. Friendly and happy staff. They add more equipment as days goes by. Kudos.

  A big gym with a big variety of equipment. Good changing rooms. Has parking both behind and under the building. When it's busy you usually have to wait for the equipment you need. Otherwise from around 4pm to 10pm there is no problem with not enough equipment.

  No nonsense fitness with plenty of equipment and good atmosphere. Staff are friendly and usually happy to help at the door. Key tags are crucial - they will not let you into the gym otherwise. There is a new functional area on the 3rd floor where the showers and lockers are, which is maintained well and clean. Massage chairs are available for use for black card members - highly recommended, although they stop after 15 minutes. You could always ask staff to keep it going again, which is nice if you're wanting the massage to continue.
