  Good clean rooms. Front desk staff are nice/friendly. Very good location in terms of being able to get to lots of restaurants, bars or other activities.

  I initially gave this Hotel a 5 star rating but unfortunately, have had to drop it to 2 stars. I've stayed a few times and every time was to me perfect. The staff, service, rates and culture were all on point. However, I have been left with a sour taste and will not be returning to CityLife or any Heritage branded Hotels until further notice. This is very sad that it has come to this. It would have taken 1 simple action at the time to make all the misunderstandings go away but they failed. It really is the little things in life that matter the most.

  Cannot beat the location. Centrally located in Auckland. Little dated. But, they are renovating the rooms now. Looking forward to staying once renovated. Front desk and bell desk employees very helpful.

  I was wowed with brilliant customer services. Loved their delicious variety of buffet breakfast menu.Very clean & well maintained.Will definitely visit again. I highly recommend it

  Central location to city. Awesome staff very friendly. Food was awesome. Love the pool - but access in and out of pool needs addressing. Stairs didn't feel safe.
