  Right in the heart of city on busy lambton quay. Close to shops, cafes, restaurants, bus, everything. Building is slightly old so is the interior. The two bedroom unit is OK sized, queen bed, small tub, and one room with an suites. Quiet at night, easy access for pram. Disable parking from back entrance from gilmer terrace.

  Location great for Lambton quay and Willis st shopping . Rooms are nice and fairly quiet as the place isn't in the pub night club end of Wellington.(about 10 to 20min walk to Courtnay place). We stopped in 3 or 4 bars on way to Westpac stadium .(about 20 to 30min walk to stadium without stops).

  Great service from the lovely team on reception and a very comfortable place to stay right in the heart of the city.
