  Initial service was great over the phone. Nice decor...but.... unfortunately our unit wasn't left unlocked as promised upon our late night arrival. Rubbish bin not emptied from previous guests. The 1 token chocolate bar was a nice touch if only one person staying not 3! Male proprietor was very unfriendly. Overpriced for the area and the unit lacked the simple things one would expect for the price and for being recently renovated. Wouldn't stay again.

  Beautiful place lovely room. Would come back and highly recommend this place. Stayed for 1 night. Friendly as staff.

  I stayed here in March, 2018. The price is quite high compared to the other two motel options in Tokoroa but, it is worth it if you're staying more than a night. The place has been recently renovated and has a new clean feel to it. Netflix, wifi, and a packet of Tim Tams came with the room, as well as milk, tea & coffee in the room we booked. The bathroom, bedrooms and lounge were clean and modern, no problem with water pressure. I felt very comfortable here.

  Not many options for accommodation in Tokoroa. Presently surprised to find quality studio units in a small town. Newly refurbished, comfortable, clean and tidy. Free WiFi with Netflix no sky. Electric frying supplied with microwave. Short stroll to town where you'll find all the fast food franchises and super market. Super friendly hosts, and yummy treats to chose from when you check in.

  Executive Suite: With out a doubt the nicest place I have stayed in. Friendly and helpful staff. Unit clean. Decor beautifully done. Coffee machine and a really comfortable bed. Shower pressure great!! I would stay here again in an instant.
