  It's a budget accommodation on the edge of town. The receptionist was kind and welcoming. Their restaurant was closed while I was there due to equipment failure. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

  Comfortable and clean with everything in the room that's required for your stay. Very handy for touring the area and for the local supermarket. Highly recommended.

  DON'T STAY HERE. We took powered site in Jun 2016. It's very old and substandard place. Showers are very clumsy. When we went towels were lying on the floor. In some showers, locks were missing, hooks were broken. Also lights of the bathrooms are on 30 minutes timer. Depending on when you enter during the 30 minutes cycle, you might end up doing your stuff in dark. The place is so basic that you don't feel like being in New Zealand at all. They have put soap on the wash basins instead of liquid dispenser. On top of it their charges are not cheap as well. So you pay for top class facilities and you end up staying in some low class old dungeon.

  I love staying here. I have stayed at the Coachman Inn quite a few times. It is afforfable and has everything i need. The owner is super friendly and accommodating. Very handy location, close to shops garage and takeaways which by the way are the best. I will continue to stay here each time I come to Invercargill as it best suits my needs.

  Sherie is super amazing. Kind, friendly, accommodating and superbly efficient. The staff are nice, amazing and hard-working. The property is clean and well-kept. I am currently having the most excellent stay here. Sherie upgraded me to a fantastic studio suite for it simply being the holidays. How great is that?! I would give this place 10 stars if it were possible and recommend it to anyone needing a home away from home!
