::Live in Sumner and always go to CC SUMNER and always go to CC RICCARTON whenever in mall for shopping or movies. Coffee was good always but very rude staff, ordered take away coffee before the movie and could see Barista serving all tables and went on to do dishes, waited for 15 mins, requested for my order, got coffee kept table in such a rude way that i felt i made a mistake for asking my order. Will never come back.

::This is a nice venue for a meet up with friends of family. Located on Rotherham Street is right in the heart of the Ricccarton shopping centre and Riccarton Mall. Coffee Culture always serves up great food and great coffee so it is certainly a place to go to have a quiet rest from the busy Ricccarton Mall and traffic outside. The seating is very comfortable and the tables are mostly all quite private. So it even can double as a meeting place for people in business.

::Waited for 40mins and waitress came asked me what did i order. People came ordered after me has got their food, finished and left. Then the coffee is watery. Blue mountain coffee, illy, muffin break, the coffee club’s coffee in the mall next door, is way better than this one. And this coffee is expensive. Definitely my first and last visit

::Update: was followed up with a staff member at Coffee Culture back in March who was very nice and compassionate and even sent me 2x $5 vouchers which I used on a trip with some friends at the Church corner store. ------------------------------ Used to come often and liked it because they open late, until today when they sprinkled cinnamon instead of chocolate on my iced choffee... told the staff about it and he checked it, took it away, scooped the remaining ice cream off and sprinkled chocolate on it and gave it back... thanks for the $7.50 milo..... and i still have a strong cinnamon taste in my mouth 😅😅😅
