  Really friendly crew, helped me out best they could and I learned a few things about my trusty Briggs along the way. Highly recommend Collingwoods.

  Thank you very much for your honest and professional aproach to selling a product that you obviously know and understand . We purchased from Dave and his very helpful crew , a 125 John Deere ride on. As a mechanical novice, it was explained very throughly on collection day where to grease and what to do to look after our machine. I've mowed for 6 hrs and never had my lawn looking so great!! We'll be bringing morning tea on the first service , see you in 4 hrs . Thanks from Wayne and Fiona

  I spent several $K a new ride-on mower. Incorrect assembly resulted in a broken belt after only 20 hours of use. Collingwood's were extremely unhelpful. Dave would not admit the incorrect assembly even though it was obvious and refused to replace the belt. I found him argumentative, condescending and told me that if he was mowing my lawns the belt would not have broken. Very poor after-sale service. Good on you Dave! You saved yourself $40, wasted an hour of my time , lost a good client and created a mountain of bad-will.
