  So terrible customer service. The front of house staff so rude, not kind attention, no smile and cold food.

  NEVER COME BACK! I had coffee here several times. Love the location and magazines, but the service is not good. I came this morning, ordered 2 flat white coffees, were waiting about 10 mins, no coffee served. There were 2 staff at the moment and about 8 customers in the shop including us. We were patient and wait for 3 - 5 more minutes until we could not wait anymore. My friend went to the counter and remind them "did u forget our order?" They asked about our order and answered "yes, we did forget!". There was no apologies for the mistake. This already happened one time with me in the previous time.

  Never again. It was supposed to be nice start of the day ,but... Easy order (in my opinion), nothing extraordinary, eggs and bacon on toast with some mushrooms.... Waiting time more than twenty minutes (to my knowledge I and another couple for take away coffee were the only customers at that time. Delivered on the plate: mushrooms on toast...no eggs, no bacon??? Didn't have time to wait for another try. Started my working day without breakfast :( Not very happy...

  Wouldn't ever go there again. My partner, mother in law and I have never had worst service before. The girl who served us barely greeted us and had the worst "I don't want to be here" attitude. We got three eggs Benedicts, one bacon, one salmon and another salmon with avocado. The extra avocado was $4.50 (fair enough as it is not in season) but the avocado that was served was hard, brown and gone off. Disgusting for that price! She also mixed up and brought a salmon instead of the one bacon (fair enough, easy mistake) but there were no apologies whatsoever. Actually she didn't say anything. She just walked off and came back with the right one and said nothing. Overall, this was an expensive experience that was really terrible. I don't normally post bad reviews but this was exceptionally bad.
