Quite possibly one of the worst service repair services ever. First they say that the job will be completed in 2-3 working days. I phone after a week only to be told it would be another week. They finally call to say it is fixed and ready to be picked up. When I go in to collect my laptop they now tell me there is a problem with the keyboard and that they haven't fixed that and need to reassemble my laptop. They've now had my laptop for over a month...

I brought in my custom built laptop after the power cord shorted out, frying the internal power circuit. My first interaction with the staff left me confident that they knew what they were doing and would be able to complete the repair. It took about 2 weeks (post Christmas is a busy time of year) during which I called a few times for an update. Each time the staff member that answered was very professional and answered my questions promptly. I will absolutely come back if I ever need anything fixed again (hopefully no time soon though). Thank you Computer Mate!

These guys have no idea what they're doing. They charged me over 200 dollars for doing nothing at all, except take apart the laptop, and put the wrong screws in each location in their bumbling attempt to reassemble it. I told them I was suspicious it was a fan problem and asked them to check that first and have it replaced, they then assured me they needed to have a full checkup first, which resulted in them being 100% certain it wasn't a fan problem. After 4 days, they returned the laptop, they did nothing helpful to it, couldn't identify the problem, and charged me over 200 dollars. As a student, this is a lot of money. I later replaced the fans on the laptop and it's now working perfectly fine. What a bunch of incompetents. Would recommend to never go there unless you are a masochist.
