  This company moved our furniture from Auckland to Hawkes Bay.They stored our furniture for a few weeks. When our furniture was unloaded in Hawkes Bay we were shocked to discovered major damage to our oak bed head and foot board and side table and chips, scratches, gauges and dirt to multiple items. We packed our own boxes and what we packed was fine. It was the larger items or unboxed items that had damage The wooden foot board had been dropped from a height. The corner post was smashed and the panelling pushed out. The head board was scratched. Our bedding had not been wrapped like their website said and neither was our couches. Unfortunately, it is not worth claiming insurances for the smaller items. The company, took our bed spent a couple of months fixing it. We had to send it back as it fixed by an amateur. We are using it but it is not in the condition it left our house in. Definitely would not recommend this company.

  Unreliable- from initial quote to final quote the total charges doubled although nothing much was added to the original list of things to be moved. Their story was given out of town (Porangahau) location it will be a special trip but we had made it clear from outset.

  Great modern office, staff are always willing to assist when you are making collections or picking up boxes. Easy to find in the Onekawa Industrial area.
