  Fantastic BMW all-in-one centre. Got my airbags replaced for free (despite being a 3rd hand owner with an imported 318Ci from 2002) and it took less than an hour. Great waiting lounge with a variety of hot and cold beverages while we waited. Small selection of BMW merchandise and of course all the newest models on display.

  We had a warning light on that looked like a light bulb. They change our rear brakes $900 and gave the car back with the warning light still on. Complained then they said a further $850 to replace a fulty circuit board. We took it to a local mechanic who fixed it for $60. Totally ripped off and no apology.

  BMW cannot be faulted in their customer service and presentation. Friendly, professional staff that really make you feel at home offering drinks / coffees for customers and even a business centre area. Thankfully Coombes Johnston BMW Hamilton is now a certified 'i' service centre so I can get my i3 electric car serviced here now instead of making the trip up to Auckland. The new show room is impeccable and I love all the scale models of various BMW concept cars (my favourite being the one in the bathroom vanity). Also worth mentioning that there is an electric vehicle fast charger here that is free to use during opening hours and is a 'bring your own cable' type charger.

  Best BMW dealer in New Zealand with service department that is exeptional in terms of problem solving, finding cheap alternative and nice, friendly professional people like Greg and Mathew. They even take care of cars other than BMW like my R32 GTR. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PLACE FOR CAR ISSUES.
