  Great views. Heater works. Plenty of power points. Good facilities. Bit of a walk to town

  This place is quite big with different wings and can be a bit confusing. The rooms were clean with some views of the lake and mountains. We stayed in a room with 2 beds and there was plenty of room. Standard hotel room, nothing stood out. Not far, but not right outside of the village. Possibly a 10 minute walk. So during the winter and the cold, some people may choose to drive which makes it a little inconvenient. Parking was available, which there were 2 different parking areas so be aware of where you park!

  Splendid rooms with lake views that beg exaggeration. Walk or use complimentary shuttle to activities for the adventurous or laid back. Explore an accessible downtown with a diverse and copious array of cuisine.

  Although this is a lovely hotel situated on the Hill with a bar terrace that has beautiful lake views the rooms are so incredibly hot morning noon & night that I've had to mark it down. A fan was supplied but the inside heat just to much. Being on the ground floor we couldn't leave our door open like balcony rooms, plus we had scaffolding outside our window. We had to reserve a table for the restaurant which happened to be in the bar, but it was a nice meal.

  We stayed at night at Copthorne. I think they could improve their services further. For a 4 stars hotel, I was hoping they would provide parking, air conditioner, and heater. However, these were not provided. These items are basic necessities for a high standard hotel. The room we stayed in was okay. There was a step to bathroom that was basically tripping everyone when you are not paying attention. Overall, it is an okay hotel. For it's price my expectation was not met.
