  The staff are the best I have come across being helpful and friendly and very cheerful. Our suite was perfect with all the mod cons with luxury spa bath and the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in out of all the hotels around NZ.The quality of food was so great that I had to shout the kitchen staff and chefs a few beers as well as giving the waitress a huge tip! I love this hotel and will make it my only pic for my guests on our tours when we are in Wellington

  Friendly staff.Hotel good central location. Clean comfortable quiet room. Poor view from balcony. All we could see were parked cars and the roof of an old camper van. Corridor to our room looked very dated and tired. Had to take two different lifts to get to our room which was a nuisance when getting our luggage to and from our room.Reception area was modern and clean. Good breakfast plenty of choice, good view from restaurant. Would probably stay here again.

  did not stay at this hotel before. only went there few times for high tea & dinner. good dinning atmosphere and a bit above average food quality. but price is expensive if without using discount coupon. also the buffet breakfast is so so.

  Clean rooms; though ours was a tad small. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was quite tasty. If you decide to go out for dinner, there are many excellent restaurants nearby. Close to the waterfront with all there is to see & do there. I'd stay here again.

  Very friendly reception staff - very welcoming and helpful at both check in, and a 4am check out! Great location, and nice views from some rooms but also shared spaces. The restaurant staff were very friendly also, offering advice on the menu and very attentive service. The food was delicious - the vegetarian risotto and garlic bread were perfect. Will definitely visit again!
