  Has a pharmacy and a Cafe, produce food well presented and looked fresh. Great shop, lots of checkouts Open, bonus! - I don't like self serve.

  twice I have been made to stand in line and wait for a long time, to be served. This morning, as I wait, I see staff walking around, I have asked why more staff can't serve me and others who are in line waiting. I have been ignored, I have been given unsatisfactory answers from one guy, who treated me like I had a cheek asking for assistance, and only the guy that served me was a gentleman in his response to me question. Explanation? Staff numbers! One other lady who was waiting behind me went to a counter that had a 12 items or less signage. She had much more that 12 items. But I understood what she was thinking!! Like a dummy I kept waiting! Come on you guys, really!!! I Won't be back!

  Good supermarket, always clean and tidy. Have had some issues with items being discounted on the shelves but not at the checkout. Almost always have friendly professional staff on, however some of the younger ladies instore do tend to have the usual "bored this job is beneath me" sourpuss look on their face, but in my experience this is generational and they tend to have that look everytime their phones are put away for more than 5 seconds 😂

  Another well stocked countdown!! Food is always fresh & plenty of weekly discounts in-store! Staff are helpful and very friendly! Need more supermarkets like this in Hamilton, most need revamped or restaffed

  Great range of products , helpful friendly staff. Cheap prices and great specials. Nice having a chemist in there and a Robert Harris . Plenty of parking . Loving it
