::In the past I have always used Country Garden and have always recommended them because their service has always been prompt and friendly. However I am highly disappointed with my last purchase as the description of the Victorian Posy online did not meet the standards of what was delivered. There were flowers mentioned in the description which were not included and the photo shown online as a reference looked nothing like the flowers received. The arrangement was mostly greenery. I have purchased this arrangement in the past, in the same medium size before with no problems what so ever. When trying to make someones day special and spending an average amount, totaling just over $130 (including a card) there should have been some communication with the florists and myself as a buyer to notify that some flowers were not available and would be substituted for others. Instead of this, the arrangement had a few larger flowers and had more green fillers added. In comparison to previous floral arrangements that have been made my myself and others with Country Garden, this was well under par considering it was also a bit more pricey. Photo for reference
