  Very centralized right on town limit easy walk into town all flat.Older place but very well kept. Friendly staff who do care for your comfort and experience in Queenstown. Good stay rates, very enjoyable and would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend.

  The front desk staff is amazing! Especially Jan, he helped us map out some awesome adventures! It was clean and smelled good. We absolutely loved it! New Zealand rocks, and staying at this hotel makes it even sweeter.

  Great views if lakeside room. Car park is small so arrive early is best. It's $17 a day for parking. There are 2 spaces at the front of the hotel for you to arrive. Concierge isn't very helpful and if you are looking for suggestions for places to go or any discount vouchers you're best to go somewhere else. Happy hour cocktails at $9 each are good in the 360 bar. Breakfast somewhere else is a good idea as there are so many options in Queenstown.

  Great location in the centre of Queenstown and awesome views from the balcony rooms. The rooms are well appointed and neat. The room we were in was the front facing balcony rooms. The room size is alright. The beds and pillows were excellent and very comfortable.

  I had left my room at 9.30am to come back on checkout day at 11.45am. I realised I left a $450 jacket and $200 shirt inside my room. Upon inspection it was gone. Three staff had been in the room even despite me not checking out. When I asked the manager they said there was nothing they could do and that it happens all the time. I wasn’t remunerated in any way and was told to take it up with the police. We had 38 rooms booked for a conference, safe to say we won’t be booking here again. Disgusting service and no value on good will, let alone taking responsibility for their actions. Imagine if that was your passport or credit cards, absolutely disgusted.
