  The charges were not explained correctly and this company charged us for fuel costs from Palmerston North, when I specifically contacted them as they were listed in Ashhurst, which is closer to where we live rurally. Then, after assessing our house he said that there were no cluster flies in our roof cavity and said that there was a $20 mileage fee which was mentioned beforehand and I agreed with, then on top of that he says we also have to pay a $50 Call-out fee which was not mentioned AT ALL. So for doing absolutely nothing for us - we have been charged $70. His argument - "how is his company supposed to make any money?" Beware of this business - make sure you find out exactly what their charges are before you get them out.
