  Was given a group on gift voucher. Who would've thought there would be such a nice place in the middle of busy Balmoral! The lady was very good, checked for pressure before the massage and for the first time, it wasn't ticklish for me! She is well versed, a former physiotherapist, and have me some tips for my tennis elbow. It was a lovely experience, and a great gift! Definitely recommended.

  Very Horrible experience. Every time you have to wait at least 40 minutes. Staff don't know how to do the eyebrow, every time you will get new shape.

  No bookings needed. Always get my eyebrows shaped and tinted. Very seldom do you have to wait longer than 10 mins and they do a great job and give you the perfect brow that suits you.

  We got the couples pamper package. We throughly enjoyed our hot stone massage.

  Paid for a 90 minute hot stone massage and foot rub - it was 70min max and spent half the time just lying there. Beds were so close together I was being moved around so there was enough room. Also the package included a hot or cold drink - got a warm cup of water and a sip of juice. Massaging was so average. Wouldn't recommend to anyone - you've been warned!!
