  Horrible end of story. Dirty floors. Staff who can't take orders. A family of 6 plus a new born placed in the middle of the aisle where people had to squeeze around us to get to the bathroom or cash register. Cold food upon delivery to the table. Sent the surf and turf back and they reheated the same meal and returned it to our table. When asked to sit on the other side of the restaurant that had more room the staff member advised that it was closed but clearly two other families were in that area eating as we arrived. Waiting area is disgusting and should be vacuumed twice a day for a busy location that is open 24 hours. May be they do not own one at Dennys Manukau? I think I will travel further to the City or New Lynn from now on.

  A perfectly adequate family-friendly restaurant. The food is ok, the prices are ok. It's close to Rainbows End, which is convenient after a big day on the rides. It can be pretty loud if there are lots of people in, but it does also have some cool fish to look at. It's not cuisine dining, but if you're looking to fill the gap, and even have a quiet beer with dinner, this place has got you.

  Food was okay. My steak was lovely. But my friend ordered a medium steak and got well done. Staff never came up to check on us so we could tell them. Cutlery was dumped in front of us. I don’t mind doing it myself, but for a staff to come and just dump it and leave was not something I’ve experienced before. Staff were quite noisy at times. To the point we didn’t know if they were arguing with each other. Also staff need to know menus better. My friend requested no mushrooms and was told there was none. But as she ate it, there they were. Just happy she wasn’t allergic, or there could’ve been a real BIG problem. Also the mushroom sauce is Definitely not mushroom sauce. Looks and tastes like gravy with mushrooms thrown into it. This place needs new staff, or management, and a lot of improvements.

  Lovely staff but service was slow and we asked for food to come out all together but we got first lot then second lot 20 minutes later. Be nice if they had cheap deals on meals. Better chef to cook steak and the mushroom sauce, was very plain. Work on taste and service.

  I love Denny's. It's 24 hours. Loads of parking. 90% of the time you get a table as soon as you walk in. However if you did have to wait they have a very comfortable waiting space with a claw machine for The kids to play with. The food is good but the desert are so yummy. The snowball is my favourite. If you get coffee you can top up your cup as many times as you like but getting the waitress attention is sometimes difficult.
