  This place is horrible! People please do yourself a favour and look for another beauty salon it's not worth it to go here. Eyelash extensions touched eyebrows, when asked to remove them no refund. "We did a great job and you did something wrong!"

  This nail place is usually amazing when you don't get the boss lady but I had the worst experience last week where I paid $25 for the boss to rip off my acrylics with another acrylic nail ruining my natural nails and still leaving bits of acrylic on them. I asked her for the soaking off option and she said there was no time... If I wanted my nails ripped off I would have done it myself and saved $25. Very unhappy with what she did to me and now two of my nails have snapped off so close to the skin they are bleeding and I have plasters on them. All the other girls there Iv ever had there do an amazing job, just not the boss.

  I come here all the time from out of town. I have been several times now. First time I booked over the phone, every other time I've been a walk in. Really friendly happy staff, some don't speak English well but always do their best and make sure they understand what I want which is usually quite fiddly. Great range of colours of polish and excellent work. Never had any problems here, always a top experience and great value for money. Also great location. Thank you, ladies. Btw the lady who made an excellent job of my nails last time was Tha, thank you so much.

  Went in to get a back fill done on french tips and 2 replaced (broken). I rung first to find out price for back fill & 2 replacements - I asked twice for the price. My normal place - the person was away, therefore couldn't do them. Diamond Nails could fit me in which was great. The back fill was great. The 2 nails they replaced were far to wide! I told the lady that it was to wide...couldn't understand me...had to get someone to translate. She filed down the sides a bit...but still to wide. I ended up paying more than the price quoted over the phone. Very busy place. No communication. Felt unfriendly. What clients they had in there were smiling and talking to each other...but the staff never seemed to smile. I got the replacement nails redone.
