  BEWARE!! If you are a person who reads reviews and takes notice you will not hire a vehicle from these hidden people. Response to a claim for a cracked windscreen which after 3 months cost $1700 plus was non existant. Always dealing with foreign speaking people and nil response after. They hide behind "Thrifty Rentals" and should be barred from doing business in NZ. You have been warned. Jon Dustin

  Just wanted to say thank you to the people that have posted on here with reference to the 5 out of 7 reviews stating that your cars were not ready and that people were kept waiting for significant periods of time when they are on holiday. It is for this exact reason I would rather pay $10 more to book with someone that is organized and has some ethics!

  My first time using a rental company and overall the experience was smooth. I ended up getting an upgrade from a Toyota Yaris to a Hyundai Accent, which was great! Everything was ready and on time so no issue there. Only issue I had was the misinformation from maybe a new employee who was trying to make me purchase Insurance again when I had already purchased it online through webjet. Besides that everything was great! Car was new and in great condition and drove smoothly. Thank you! Will definitely use your services again in the future.

  Car wasn't ready. And then got an oldish car with no cruise control (though their website said that the car is 1-2 years old). Didn't expect that rental cars don't have cruise control in this day and age. Called to check if there's an alternative vehicle given I had 6 days long rental but they said there was nothing. Disappointed.
