::Terrible service. You don't hear back from their support team for days at a time. You can't actually speak to the person in charge of accounts, you can only email them, and they don't get back to. I have rung their customer service team 5 times today and they have not been able to help me with my problem, as I am required to deal with someone from 'accounts.' Seems like a mickey mouse operation to me. Nothing but problems. Would not recommend.

::You wont be able to speak to people with any knowledge...they have very limited training. You will be dealing with people in the Philippines, Australia and NZ who don't talk to each other and usually can't help you. I just wasted 40min on a call resulting in nothing!! Not the first time
