  Horrible. Ordered food for 11.30 and they didn't open the store until after that time. When asked how long will it be they were very rude and said dunno and just said the ovens are slow.

  Opened 30mins late (after we placed an online order). Asked a simple question about how long the pizza will take to make. The manager got really rude and refused to give a proper answer (kept saying no order will come through and that the oven is slow, but wouldn't give a timeframe). Seem more interested in try to make customers leave.

  No delivery and they said only pick up service in a (bad way), and while I was reading the Menu the man just stared at my like he was making me a favor, really bad customer service ! They look bad hygienic I wonder if they wash their hands when they use the washroom.

  Forgot basil, olives and hot buffalo sauce on my pizza that I added on. Kind of burnt and bad in general

  Good pizza but the store is in a bad state of repair. Apparently the roof leaked and that is why there are no couches, etc. It doesn't look like anything had been done to repair the ceiling and the whole front of house looks very tired. It doesn't take much to clean a window or to replace light bulbs, etc. You do have to wonder how clean the good preparation area is? I'll use a different store in the future.
