  Good quick service but if you have a problem and ring them then the manager is rude and unhelpful. They sent us a pizza with no toppings and he refused a refund unless we returned it. I said it was delivery so he said they'd collect it. 2 was on they Still haven't collected it. Appalling.

  Had a value pizza half and half which was fine, chicken bites also fine but only just warm. The vanilla milkshake was terrible. Sickly sweet, like it was melted french vanilla ice cream. (Which it looked like when it was made). Problem was I phoned them to tell them and no apology or even a thank you for telling them! Unbelievable really. But reading others' reviews it seems common practice. Perhaps a bit of training around customer service would be beneficial. Unlikely to return.

  Excellent service, my first time using online ordering. Easy, even for an old guy! 🤣Lol I recommend Lower Hutt Dominos store and staff 👍

  Had an usual exp but can not accept total lies I was waiting over 10mins and since my order not coming thru did ask why, answer was a system error which is really easy going reply. It was so nice if I am been told the truth. Also offered free something but I didn’t accept as I was lied. Mistake happens mate.

  Food is nice and a great price. However the delivery service is unreliable. They usually come later than the estimated time. I always leave clear instructions on how to find the house when I place an order and more often than not, the drivers get lost trying to find my flat. Tonight I called to follow up on an order that never arrived and they told me that they tried to call me, but no one answered, which was a lie as I received no calls and had my phone with me the whole time. They then asked for my phone number because they didn't have one next to my order lol.
