  Waited for about 1 hour mid-day on weekday, so not terrible. Doctor was informative and nice . Much better experience than expected.

  I would never go to urgent doctors agein. Dorp your prices urgent doctors it's not rocket science its common sense then a&e would not get so over loaded. Last time i saw you guys at urgent doctors I got charged $90 to get a s script for antibiotics for my burns which is covered under acc stop ripping people off don't wonder a&e gets over loaded with non urgent cases.

  We had to go to Urgent Doctors on Thursday evening as my daughter had hurt her wrist. She is autistic, and suffers from high anxiety. About 5 minutes after we arrived, the place got VERY busy with some very sick children and other injured people. The noise and illness was very disturbing for my daughter, which the staff quickly noted. They were absolutely fantastic! Not only did they find her somewhere quiet and safe, they were very respectful of her other needs and looked after her very well. This is the first time staff have responded to her in this way and we are incredibly grateful! Thank you from me and especially my daughter, Angela. PS. We ended up with a cast so she was in a lot of pain too!

  Took our 5 month old in, told wait times were about an hour. We needed to see doc to get script for urgent pharmacy - waited 2 hours, left at 10:45, so pharmacy had closed. People who came after us were shown to dr before our son. Nurse was super lovely but receptionist didn't have the time for us or our crying bubba. Dr was fine but wish we hadn't bothered. Probably feeding and getting my son to bed earlier would have done a load of good better than waiting there and missing the pharmacy anyway.

  I don't usually give places a 1 star, but this time is an exception. Long story short - called urgent doctors as we had been advised by Healthline to see a doctor within a few hours (time was 9:45pm), Partner had a sudden bad migrain, causing slurred speech accompanied with other worrying symptoms. I called & asked the receptionist for some advice, she immediately said in a stern tone "if your after medical advice on the phone we can't give you that", jeez thanks, but no I wasn't seeking medical advice over the phone, I was seeking advice on whether we should come in to see a doctor, see immediately said "well we close in a few minutes so you can't see anyone", so much for after hours medical support; I told her what had happened and she really didn't seem to care what so ever. She did say to try call the ER DEPT to check with them there wait times and that was the end of the phone call pretty much. The complete lack of empathy, lack of useful advice in what was obviously a worrying time and the fact that she sounded annoyed that I was about to potentially interfere with her clocking off on time came across as extremely unprofessional, rude and unapproachable. Her name was Casi or along those lines. This happened on the 1/08/2017 (Evening).
