  I want to say a huge thank you to the Nelson team for such an amazing job on our roof. From start to finish they were reliable and easy to talk to. I felt valued as a customer and well informed about the project. They went out of their way to have the job finished on time despite of bad weather and other set backs. Thanks Stu and the team!

  Unreliable! They said they would start the job at a specific date, and they never came! They didn't even contact us to let us know they were not coming, no explanation, nothing.
