  Very disappointing service. They managed to break two bed drawers and refused to provide compensation. My advice to anybody using them is not to sign the form stating you have received your goods until you have thoroughly inspected everything. Too bad if this means the movers have to wait around a long time.

  Always friendly and helpful, a solid family firm feel. Really good at blanket wrapping and tieing in to prevent chatter damage. Great frequency for Napier to Auckland. Flexible and reliable. We've been moving stuff with Efficient for 30 years.
