::An adjoining neighbor (Housing NZ) used Element Roofing for a roof replacement. First I had heard of this was after Element Roofing had accessed my property to erect scaffolding without my permission. I got a quote for my roof to be done at the same time and it was exorbitant. A couple weeks later roofers showed up at 8am Sunday morning (against council laws) and started removing concrete tiles by throwing them to the ground causing a huge amount of noise, I got in contact with manager who claimed to not know about laws and āhad to get the job doneā. Very unprofessional. A couple of months later and the flashing between the new iron and my concrete tiles has started lifting and is held down by the builders duct tape as Element havenāt come out to repair it.
