::I have no complaints other than price -- it was 120$ for a visitor visa (which I had prefilled in an online form, and it was unable to complete, gave me a reference number to bring to the embassy). When I arrived at 2:15 there was no one else there. The man took my order number, printed out my application for me, and took my passport with 120 cash. Then gave me a note as to when to pick it up. Very simple, straightforward.

::Had a good experience. No queues, friendly, travel visa organised in a week. Only reason not a 5 is it cost $120 for a 30 day visa and this was not clear on their website...

::Là đại diện cơ quan nhà nước Việt Nam mà lại không làm theo pháp luật Việt Nam và còn nói luật đấy là sai .theo quy định của pháp luật thì được làm hộ chiếu qua đường bưu điện nhưng riêng đại sứ quán Việt nam o New Zealand thì không . Không hiểu đại sứ quán sử dụng luật gì

::Absolutely applauding service, Staff ask for more money to complete visa's even when prices have already been quoted and if you refuse to pay the extra then there are "problems" with your application and it gets delayed or sent back, staff rarely if ever pick up the phone AND if you are lucky to get someone they give you extensions to numbers that dont work? Is this a government embassy or something run by gangster?
