::Andy & Kim are special. Courses are prepared with a lot of heart. The desire to improve is constantly present. "Exterior Yoga teachers", sometimes invited, are also something to appreciate. Whatever course you choose, the sensation after the course is excellent! (my favorites: Power Vinyasa, Power/Yin, ALIGN, Yin, ...) We become dependent on this state of well-being.

::Fabulous! Love the short lunch time classes that you can pop out of work for. Highly recommend for anyone who is really busy and feels that they spend too much time in office, at desk or in meetings. The 30 minutes TRX classes are the best!! Fantastic lunchtime boost. HIIT also great. And the 45 mins Power Vinyasana also excellent. Thanks heaps Kim and Andy! I have recently moved work places so unfortunately no longer nearby. Will really miss going. Hard to find another yoga studio that's as great!

::Attending my first align class at Empower Yoga is one of the best things I have done this year. My experience from the first moment I entered the studio, greeted by Kim and completed the class was a wonderful, calming, informative... time. Then I attended an other class instructed by Andy and started to learn how to listen to my body and mind to get the most of each position. After both classes I was buzzing. I can not wait to attend my next class.

::This is the first time I've found a studio where I'm challenged to just the right level because the instructors gently enable me to find my own limits within dynamic and varied classes. Best of all, I've been able to find a good rhythm to my yoga practice because (being so handy to my workplace) I can pop out in my lunch hour and easily fit it into my day. Thanks Empower Yoga!

::I went to Empower Yoga because I wanted to feel fit and strong (again)! Andy and Kim are getting me back in touch with my body! My downward dogs are now a breeze and my planks are improving out of sight! Thanks guys. I can't recommend them more. It's fun and it's also a social experience.
