  Take a book as my specialist apt had a 2 hour wait time. Initial assessment only 15 minute wait however it was the wait for the specialist were the delay occurred. When the specialist called me there was no apology or comment regarding my wait until I raised the issue. Very disappointed after a 3 month wait for the apt when I mentioned the wait I'd had on the day the specialist asked if I'd like to rebook! No issue with the consult content as all my questions were answered

  Dr. Trevor Grays team were fantastic. The staff were very kind and reassuring - I was incredibly nervous throughout the whole procedure despite the 'happy pill' and pretty sure I developed a python-like grip when he held my hand through the operation. 4 days later and my second post-op check - I have better than 6/6 vision in both of my eyes and am now recommending to other family members.

  I have been so impressed with the quality of care and efficiency in what had the potential to be quite a daunting process. Dr Mantell and all of his wonderful team put me at ease and made me feel like I was in very capable (and gentle!) hands. Will highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

  5 stars just aren't enough!! This team was so friendly, reassuring and upbeat while being extremely professional and well-informed. Each team member was happy to answer my questions and I never felt like I was being hurried along. You really do get first class treatment here, and I can honestly say that after a lifetime of horrible eyes, my life has been changed forever thanks to this incredible team. Amazing!
